About ECS

Our Mission

Adults who teach and care for children have incredibly important and challenging jobs.  If they don’t feel supported and have the knowledge and skills they need, they can’t do their best work.  That leads to burnout for themselves and poor outcomes for their children.  We provide expert compassionate support along with the information and skillsets needed for adults to become more competent and confident. When adults feel supported in their work, they thrive and so do their children.

Our Vision

We envision a more compassionate world where supported adults cherish and nurture each and every child.

We specialize in building emotional intelligence and guiding children with challenging behavior!

About the Founder & Owner of ECS:

Diane Goyette

“As a child development specialist, former preschool teacher and parent of an adult with mental health special needs, I’ve learned a lot in the last 35 years – and the lessons continue every single day!  I’d like to help you learn, too – from current experts, recent research and my own education and experiences – so you will enjoy your work with young children even more!”

How can I support you?
